If I was Mihocek looking for some security at the end of my career there’s no way I’d be accepting a contract that requires triggers to be met for the second year. That’s almost identical to just accepting a straight one year contract.

Assuming the triggers are realistic- then a player baulking at such a contract, signals their lack of confidence in meeting the trigger, which would cause some concern to the Club.

The remote possibility of Ollie being selected, makes the story of his delisting both unlikely and definitely premature IMO.

I'd trade Ollie in. He'd only sign if his older brother signed too to look after him - and Jack would be a good get. Just give Ollie a PS and leave him in the corner of the change rooms.
