Definitely agree with the bold, but he’s clearly got an extremely good source on Bobby given how he’s reported on it from the start. Only a few weeks ago it was an emphatic no on Bobby moving and then all of a sudden last night clubs will come for him. On that basis it’s a story because that’s how supporters get conditioned to these moves happening.

I don’t expect people to agree or side with me, but that tells me something shifted recently. I’ve got a theory on it for now though I’d be pissing in the wind airing it so why don’t we wait and see.

Do you think he’ll be at training today after Fly’s comments yesterday?

Bobby had a family engagement, so he was absent from training with the clubs permission.....
Morris is p155ing in the wind more than anyone. These guys throw darts and hope one hits....

Interested to see what the club is brewing this off-season.

If we fail this year, can't see the club going around again with the same midfield setup and lack of support for Nick.

Makes be think one of Petracca or Merrett will be at the pies next year.

This whole situation had flies on it from day one. I think Neds comments about "players, girlfriends and family need to get off social media" shows the club isnt happy with certain people creating unnecessary drama in the lead up to finals.

I don’t know about it stinking all the way back and realistically we don’t know enough to comment. I do agree though that Ned’s comments were particularly pointed in an interview leading into a finals series…

What staggers me is how quickly some are dismissing it simply because it’s Morris and when he was emphatically stating only a couple of months back it was all boot licking and hi fives. Morris didn’t suddenly lose access to a source as soon as the narrative swung!

Not sure - I see as many crumbs as "player X going to club Y, but club Y is yet to approach him". Its just unfounded and vacuous click bait.

I dunno, they can always use the excuse "this story is evolving". Maybe Freo arent commenting because of finals and WC may legitimately have no interest after calling Bobbys management team? Who knows but its obvious the club isnt too thrilled, I know from first hand experience how difficult it is in Bobbys boots and IF he is acting up, thats one way to cope/deal with it (as in not dealing with it).
There is clearly something there or Brad wouldnt be reaching out to the club with concerns. (yes it came from the witch, but she aint taking that to air if it wasnt true with the parties involved)

If that's true, he should definitely take the extra dollars/longer term. That would take him to 32 years of age, which is pretty amazing given he truly has been a journeyman for most of his career.
