But even in that best case scenario… he is outside the system… not playing playing VFL or state league.

Playing local footy where the games would be less intense than the match sims at training

And he’s even older… therefore likely slower… for a player whose speed was definitely his 1 wood

I struggle to see an AFL club interested when his form at north was mediocre for his last couple of years as well

State league is the next step he needs to take if interested in AFL football

It would take him more than a year to get fit & get his body right again to play footy after having a $300k a year holiday
