May as well have another crack at Maynard now that he’s a free agent and don’t need trade capital

We can match the offer, but he doesn’t have to sign.Wouldn’t we simply Match any Collingwood offer. If we don’t accept what they put up for trade he remains? Is that how it works?
Am I the only who thinks that LDU would really struggle at one of the big clubs? There are some players whose temperament is far better suited staying out of the spotlight. Cunners was the same.
Only certain teams. Collingwood, he'd have Daicos to hog the spotlight. Ditto for Cripps at Carlton. The best revenge is living well and since we haven't done that something really petty would be just as good.Godfather offer to Brayshaw and Oscar Allen. We're not in WA to make friends.
And on that note, let's start putting the work into Jack Whitlock right now. **** Poorta your revenge hasn't been served yet campaigners.
Don't rate him (except in the overinflated sense of his own toughness stakes).
Dream run at tribunal and apologist media narrative will fall away quickly.Don't rate him (except in the overinflated sense of his own toughness stakes).
Yeah. If he played for North he'd have been painted villain years ago and have multiple suspensions for nothing incidents rather than getting off for things that no player should.Dream run at tribunal and apologist media narrative will fall away quickly.
Last one we had wasnt the best.we drafted another irish girl
but our mate rawlings still cant find an irish cat b rookie
If we could just draft them, we'd probably be in the game.Last one we had wasnt the best.
But fair to say we haven't really added any category B rookies from other sports, let alone Ireland.
It is weird, we certainly tried a couple in Scott era, but it's still pretty hit and miss with the Irish recruits.
I'd be pretty sure they would use the same scouting network, so either we don't see it as worth the investment (possible) on the men's side or we can't attract the better players to come to us (most likely given where we sit).
Bit easier on the women's side when you've had some success with O'Shea and Wall, your club gets a reputation and players would feel pretty comfortable joining a good program.
Other than Connor Nash and Callum Brown, which Irish men's players have set the AFL world alight recently?
Mullin at the Cats doesn't look that good. Not Zac Toohey or Kennelly level of talent.

I'm more than happy we steered clear....The one I have never understood is we could have slipped Rhyan Mansell straight onto that list. Maybe too early for him as it took a year in the SANFL for him to get to the Tigers but there for the taking and a free listing.
