I’m not too concerned about Jordy, he’s probably got some soreness still and with practice matches coming (assuming he plays?) maybe they are just being ultra cautious.

No harm in a long VFL apprenticeship. Can be more beneficial than getting thrown in the deep end and losing a lot of confidence in the AFL if they're not ready. Unless you are N.Daicos that just takes the piss from game 1

No info about that one yet. I assume that one will be free entry, given its basically a scratch match.

I never said it was the reason but it may have contributed to his perception of future opportunities being more promising elsewhere.

When you’re struggling for opportunities and then a big name joins the club and pushes you further back in the pecking order, it’s time to review. He played 12 games, four of them were as sub, and two of them were as an unused sub. He also played zero finals and in fact only one full game after round 11

And I never said he shouldn’t have looked elsewhere Just that the period of games he played in the VFL after round 11 coincided with Treloar’s long term injury.
