I always like to think what a young player will look like to 2-3 years with size, experience and hardness - but Gee doesn't WEST excited the ****k out of us?

I hope when we look back in 10 years (I hope) that the AFL world talk about him in the same way they do for Carey, Lockett & Dunstall (or close too)

It was a solid session, even with all the distracting music and too many people.

A number of players were quite strong.

Westy looked strong coming off his injury. Two very nice grabs and one resulting in a goal

Lippa was good in his transition work. Nick and Long worked well together in the midfield.

Hill performed well. Beau looked alright.
I didn't spot checkers, that was clearly after I came back. I had to go to goschs for a bit to take some photos, but came back in time for the match sim.

I noticed some of our vfl players were there. De Bolfo, Browne, Max Mahoney (cant recall if Harry was there), Josh Bennetts.

Howe didn't partake in match sim, but did lots of running.

Before training started, the rehabbers did lots of work, Howe included.

Reef, who is moving well, kicking the ball. He's around 6 months now post ACL

Ryan, TJ, even saw Sullivan out there.

I thought De Goey was superb - he makes it look so easy.

Frampton I thought was really good. Really looked like a boss.

I reckon Fly will pick McStay for the Prelim. Dropping him might have been the reset he needed.

Hill also looked sharp for the white team. If he does get selected then he really does owe Eddie Betts.

I didn't watch the whole session, only the last 50 minutes.

Me too. Don’t think we need to offer Checkers overs to retain him. If he can get more elsewhere so be it.

Hine always talked about staying true to the draft board and taking best player available.
