10.30 – 11.30: Guard the Space Training: Drop off the man 15 metre minimum, Pointing practice.
11.30 – 12.00: Match Sim, Chase the player / give up practice, Run of Opposition Goals practice, Good Quarter / Bad Quarter mindset & Switch On / Switch Off Sim.
12.00 – 1.00: Showers. Lunch.
1.00 – 1.30: Opposition analysis.
1.30 – 2.00: Post Game Presser Practice – They wanted it more, They were too good for us, We need to improve in these areas, Big pre-season coming up.
