They really do just chuck the magnets on the ground and tell the work experience kid to figure out where everyone goes.

This annoys me greatly but I suppose it is done not to give the opposition any more information that necessary. As a person who doesn’t make the effort to get to games I would love to know which player is playing in which position and major changes in expected position. Thankfully posters on here give that type of info in match reports and comments and opposition coaches are left floundering setting up for Busslinger and Coffield as half forwards.

Kennedy is not a wingman , has to be in Mid

You are on the Footscray thread our VFL team is called that on a full time basis
My apologies as there is a VFL main thread , totally stuffed up
I do know that Footscray is what the club should be called
Also i was only on to see where Luke Kennedy was playing

I'd play him inside mid and switch to half forward when Hynes plays in the middle. His ball use could be lethal playing high half forward when not in the centre
He fed the young Ashcroft at Dragons last year once they finally played in the middle

Had no interest until Alex Johnson found out about him , Swans had the most interest
I appreciate your passing on your knowledge of young Luke. You do seem to know a lot about him. Why the keen interest in him? Do you have a personal connection to him or his family?

Apologies if you've already explained this in the past, but it's unusual to have a non-Doggies supporter come and do multiple posts on a lower order draftee. No problem if you'd rather not say.

i do know him and the family and Luke and his brothers have come through my club , Luke is the youngest ever player at 15 and won the best and fairest in 23 at the age of 16

Thanks mate. Good to know. Glad he's on our books!

Likely you won't find out until he lines up, our team sheets generally only bear a passing resemblance to where people actually play.

I think we've had three or four oppo supporters come in and say what a cracking kid Luke is. It seems like we really prioritised good character last draft.

Hoping Hynes and others play blinders. We can't carry Sanders and Arty in the seniors
Hynes will be a bull in a few years time, Excited to see him play.

Also hope Croft does well. Might be a sneaky chance for a call up next week. We seem to have big wraps on him & are lacking a tall in the seniors, IMO.
