Played 3 years at Preston. Very proud club with a huge amount of history in footy. Be very sad if they no longer played a part in afl football.Feel Sorry for the Bullants do not have the pokies other clubs do
Not much. The only non-AFL former NEAFL club in the VFL is Southport. It would be up to the new VFA/VFL as to whether they admit the Sharks, and if the costs outweigh the benefits they might have to return to the QAFL. Which would be a shame for them but I doubt there'd be an alternative.Couldn’t agree more.
But what affect would that have on the old NEAFL clubs?

My old man reckons Preston had one of the best full forward going around in any league across the nation in mid to late 80's, a larrikin named Jamie Shaw who also played one game for Fitzroy and on debut kicked 5 but just wasn't committed enough to play longterm in the VFL even though he was clearly good enough. My old man is known to exaggerrate when talking footy lol
It is in two weeks' time so i don't think it needs to be rushed.Something to keep an eye on: with the prolonged conclusion to the AFL season, how long will it take for the VFL (sic) to release next week’s finals fixtures?
It’s next week.It is in two weeks' time so i don't think it needs to be rushed.
Having said that i would expect the 1st week finals venues and times announced not very long after we knock off the Hawks
Forgot thinking of AFL.It’s next week.

Resting him for Cats game you think.
Or want him rested as a option.
Goal kicking won't be easy then.Howling wind blowing straight across the ground towards the outer side.
