Win the hitouts comfortably, lose the clearances.

Something ain't working
I recall one example where ROB did a very nice clear tap..........right into the breadbasket of a Port player.

He wasn't alone though: a lot of our players did very nice handballs straight to the oppo as well.

This BS again from you.

Who says Langford would be any better ??
It’s a fair comparison. Langford is crushing it at afl level. Draper is struggling at sanfl level and has never played a good AFL game. Maybe that’s entirely because of injuries, coaching and development, but maybe Langford is just better.

People calling a 2nd year talent a bust is absolutely BS

Is so clearly a better player, he was at draft day and now.

We were seduced by speed and South Australian. We got it wrong, just like we got McAsey wrong. It happens

We didn’t get McAsey wrong. We needed a key defender after Talia retired and he was the best defender in the under 18’s

The things that caused him to lose interest in footy all happened after the draft and outside of the clubs control. Like his dad’s heart attack, covid isolation, and other family issues.

It was just unlucky timing.

Gee whiz. Very inaccurate take.
McAsey wasn't the wrong pick? Are you high?

Really can’t understand him putting up with it BUT I’m wondering if he’s there to give his opinions but don’t rock the boat
Hopefully the silent assassin.
It will be interesting to see if we stick with Nicks this year.
Then we see what Balmey is really doing ?

I think the complaint centres around that we should have known he was going to be homesick. The dude lost total interest in all football so i dont think his problems centred on ignored signs of homesickness and lack of due diligence.

His dad nearly dying did contribute to that

Wrong player and wrong type of player to pick at #6
Don't pick backman with pick #6
He was the guy who was supposed to go forward and back, classic swingman.

A fragile kid though, made worse by COVID and family tragedy. Serong was the sensible pick.... but given our inability to develop midfielders theres a chance wed have wasted him too.

Its the same thing with Langford vs Draper.

Harvey would be playing SANFL
