You're a quick one. I deleted after realising I read the sen fixture wrongCollingwood at the G in Round 23, Dons at the G round 20
Yet we play 4 home games in Tasmania, 1 in Adelaide and still have to play at Marvel. So 6 non-MCG home games. It’s interesting that Richmond don’t have to play any home games at Marvel because they are playing one home game in Tassie.
As someone with school age kids who lives 4 hours away, I agree.Thursday games are ****ing trash
We also have a contract with the afl to not play home games at marvel whilst we have games in tassie. It’s interesting that Richmond don’t have to play any home games at Marvel because they are playing one home game in Tassie.

We’re at People First stadium which is just as tough reallyNo Darwin is huge. It’s a guaranteed loss.
Murderers row last 3 games ofOur run home other than lions at GABBA is seriously nice… anyway who cares about our fixture - the real question is how much of a gift did Geelong get?![]()
Pretty clear the AFL and networks would be pretty stocked if we are competing. This is the advantage of drawing large crowds and ratings and importantly, having a much better relationship with the AFL.The more I look at this fixture the better it gets.
Those last ten games are the best second half of a season I think I have ever seen us get.
Even the start of the season isnt a nightmare start like we had this year.
Zero excuses in 2026 for not finishing top 4 (from a fixture perspective at least).
Can I unlike my own post???Our draw is an endless source of disappointment year after year.. The Tassie thing can’t end soon enough… Great for a low drawing, rebuilding team but for a highly marketable contender, it’s just a bad fit now..Get Tassie in and time to cut the cord…
