So weirdly.... the polling shows that individually, most of the reforms in the recent budget are popular. But the budget as a whole is being perceived negatively.



Have ANY major outlets drawn the very obvious conclusion from the polling - which is that most voters are happy with the changes to the tax rules but DON'T THINK THEY'VE GONE FAR ENOUGH.
