Not heading to Rat.. Well not for 2026 although you say good chance for both 27 and 28.
We always seem to get Tassie as well.
Last time I checked more Lions supporters in Vic then a lot of non Vic teams


The AFL has postponed the Western Bulldogs’ two Ballarat home games next season due to the ongoing construction works at Mars Stadium.

The Herald Sun can reveal the Bulldogs men’s team will not play home games at Ballarat next year and will instead play two matches in 2027 and ‘28 at their second home base.

The plus side to that is higher chance we play at the MCG. Geelong will be down the highway, but Pies, Hawks will be at the MCG. Less possibility of games at Marvel, though we’ve had St Kilda & WB a few times in recent years.

Also why Essendon Melbourne is at AO, with the latter who turn up to a home game in perfect conditions in their hundreds.

Like this year, it's so enjoyable beating other 'contenders' at the 'G.
Bigger crowds, better atmosphere plus the psychological advantage of winning away games against other top 10 teams.

The good games are massive opportunities but selfishly I do like at least an easier day game. Generally way easier to take little kids to a simpler game.

League continues to make sure that coaching matchup is the least seen of the season.

They aren’t going to do that for gather round. They want a big vic club for ratings with the crom to open the weekend.

League doesn’t have a fair fixture and won’t ever - getting a minnow club or ideally a freo/gws as a ‘away’ game is our best result, and those will never be at Adelaide oval.

We are one of the highest rating teams on TV and it would be sold out, theres 0 reason to not have Brisbane vs Adelaide especially with the ah chee saga
