Nope, there's too many good forwards (rookie, value and premo). He's way down the pecking order for me.

Was in my side for the longest time. Cut him due to his interrupted pre-season.
Definitely an upgrade target.

Kozzie is so obvious to me. Avg 90 last year, he will get a lot more mid time this year which will lift his floor. He's a genuine superstar, he'll be better with another preseason under his belt. Worst case he matches last year and goes 90 again. Best case 95-105. For $495k, no early bye, and no clear top 6 forwards at this stage, he's a lock for me.

The only issue is we dont know bad Melbourne will be and how that might affect his scoring, plus how he will cope with midfield tags. For the price though I agree hes a good pick.

If he has another strong game, then yes. It's basically free money as you would expect he'll make $150k quickly. Cost is a trade, but you probably already got one rookie wrong by Rd2.

The other thing about Budders is he's one of those players that his price creeps.

As in, we are now used to having to pay up for $200k rookies.

But how much creep are we willing to pay up for?

I just don't feel like Budarick has the consistent scoring to make big coin. However, he is on the bubble after this week and unless he goes huuuuuuuuge I doubt I'd trade him in...

I'm not sold on Bud as a lock yet. Gifted a goal from a 50m pen. 8 kick ins is well above average as well.

I've had him all pre-season but it's him or Trac at this point. Tempted to fade Trac for the sake of having a POD but it's probably suicide.

I’ve swung Trac to the mids for now, to allow for Murphy.
Mid rooks are shit anyway, load the mids with premos and midpricers.
