Trac a tricky one for me, need to see how the Suns plan on using him. Their midfield belongs to Rowell and Anderson, and there are a lot of other options after that. That PFS stat might not be that relevant really, as the SUN's only play 9 games there this season.

First game I believe yesDoes Rankine have any suspension left?

He will be a top 6 forward from this current crop no doubt but don't think he is worth the 520k start price and will drop below 500kThere’s so little up forward this year. I think in any role he’ll still do better than what he did last year. I reckon him and Miller will share m/f.
Yeah I agree. We'll all have him at some point. He will be a top 6 forward from this current crop no doubt but don't think he is worth the 520k start price and will drop below 500k

The Suns do have a good start to the year.
Maybe we'll get a couple of good DPP's through the year. Merrett maybe?
Yeah Marshall a good shout, ideally he gets it and then gets his first ruck role back (not wishing injury on TdK, but he's not exactly durable). Not sure about Zerrett maybe Def/Mid. I do think that Lachie Neale could be a smokey to get DPP as the Lions get more Mid time into players like Lashcroft,Wilmott & Marshall.
Yep, some weird units with strange fetishes on that board, TBH there's a fair few here too......Any Tigers fans know if Lalor has improved his tank to the point he will play a lot of midfield?
Had a look at the Tigers sub forum but all I could find was multiple posts on the width of his neck lol. Nuffies.
Appreciate the response. On the watchlist and see how he rolls in the PS games.Yep, some weird units with strange fetishes on that board, TBH there's a fair few here too......
Training reports from the Punt Rd End forum suggest that his tank has improved considerably. I'd assume he'll have more mid time than last year but Taranto, Hopper and Prestia will still take most minutes (not my preference). Hotton, Campbell, McAuliffe and Rioli will also rotate. He'll get more time when Prestia retires but I don't see Lalor being SC relevant for a couple of years yet.

At this stage I see more upside to Pickett than Trac. You’d think Oliver and Trac leaving would boost Picketts mid time considerably. Hopefully the PS stuff answers that question.Having real difficulty in selecting an F2 without an early bye, Petracca might score ok but a 95 ave. doesn't inspire me, factor in a 10pt loss/round over a non bye player and it looks even worse. Pickett seems to be the default selection but I'd like to see some sort of evidence that his mid minutes will improve, his production last season wasn't anything special with just a 91 ave.
Flanders, Sam Draper and Treloar at least have some upside on their prices and I don't think that they'll be too far off premo scoring. Pou, if he can stay on the park, has solid JS and a cash making ceiling. Sheezel will be everyone's F1.
Maybe Stormy Daniels is worth a crack![]()
Kozzy had 14 games with 60% cba last year, in those games he averaged 99.7, on par with Rankine as equal F2. So if he is playing more mid time he’s a definite keeper. Can have quite games if swung forward though, there is a bit of role uncertainty from week to week.Having real difficulty in selecting an F2 without an early bye, Petracca might score ok but a 95 ave. doesn't inspire me, factor in a 10pt loss/round over a non bye player and it looks even worse. I’m seduced by Tracs early fixture, plus he looks in ripping nick on the suns socials etc. might be more motivated, but he requires genuine 50-60% mid time to score well though, if he’s plonked forward he’s a no go.
Treloar if named round 1 a no brainer, personally don’t know why anyone would pick Draper, zero scoring history at 400k, Fagan wants to play 2 rucks.
Im not willing to go Flanders at F2 and rely on a bunch of injury prone guys like Treloar Daniels De Goey Phillipou etc to hold it together, think you need to start 2 genuine keepers if u want to risk the other injury prone guys.
Sam Darcy a big shout to, will kick bags and have spike scores during the early byes, might get more ruck time with the new rules.
Windhager sat on him in Alice last year, absolutely negated him all day. He didn't fire a shot. I can't recall if it was just in the midfield or if he followed him forward, but it was a master-class in tagging.I like Kozzy and have been thinking about having him at F2. The only thing that concerns me is he has never been seriously tagged and you would think he will be the one if it happens.
Pickett may have attending the centre bounce regularly but I feel he then went forward and a forward came up around the ball more often.Pickett was only behind Oliver for CBAs last year with 69% he might end up a trade in option but he doesn’t get enough of the ball to be an option
