Don't think that cost him his job. Been word for a month or so now that Lamar and Harbaugh were clashing. Think he was out either way.

Not that it was ever actually going to happen, but I was in the camp of Ravens fans that wanted this to happen 2 years ago when Mike MacDonald was going to get a HC gig

Its been clear for a while that things weren't quite working given all the unforced errors that kept causing the team to lose in the big moments that were due to a lack of preparation/situational awareness/concentration repeatedly

Now we do it this year when there aren't many good HC candidates

We have been top 5/6 penalty yards against for the past 3 - 5 years.

Ridiculous amount of blown 4th quarter double digit leads. Given you have Derrick Henry and Lamar running the ball, this is inexcusable.

Need a fresh voice, slim pickings available, but can see us looking outside of the box.

To be fair the Ravens players themselves continually could not execute basic skills, I don't think you can blame the coach for that.

Fumbles, drops, turnovers, missed field goals, players in Baltimore rarely took accountability they just say God wasn't on our side today. Even this week a field goal kick was missed to make the playoffs and the response was god had played a role, he is teaching us lessons..... I do not understand why a player can't be upset and pissed off that another players skill error on their team cost them a win, or take accountability for stuffing it up.

no big jobs open anymore and he isnt going to sit out 11 months to take a college job when there are 5 NFL jobs open and will be another few next season.

No he wont. Most coaches have a clause where the buyout is reduced a significant amount when they take another job.

But i guess facts are not as clickbaity

Also im not sure if coaches are the same as players where they have 18 paydays in season and 18 in the offseason based on the contract. so its not every week they get paid in the offseason. with bonus paid as a one off in either March or June

I doubt it. also i really hate these betting sites just pumping out shit because they know people will bet on them. especially when some like that Kashki one have been accused of tipping the betting odds in their own favor
