Still feel like we need this more at half back. Clark’s kicking and decision making just isn’t at the level, it is solid but not elite.

It is why we brought McVee in, needs time but r1 his decision making wasn’t good enough.

Ryan has the foot skills but is often very deep and doesn’t run and carry.

Walker runs and carries, it is a watch on skill and decision making, r1 encouraging but historically he is hit and miss.

None of them at this stage would be the best ball mover at Geelong or Brisbane.

Simpson could be the answer, has the speed, mindset and foot skills, need more vision on decision making and probably just getting games into him.

Would be nice to get those skills on a wing too, most of our wingers might hit a simple 20m kick if they get a chance but otherwise it is a Hail Mary bomb, not even to advantage.

So even when we get inside and in space, not much tends to come from it unless they manage to get the ball inside the square and Reid or Young take over.

Need the speed through the midfield IMO. Lots of inside mids playing other roles because they're good enough players for AFL but the types we have which are different types of mids aren't really AFL level.

I'm happy with the young KPDs coming through but a genuine third tall that actually adds something offensively would also be an awesome addition.

Dudley had 3.2 and looked really good. The problem was no one marking up mannagh, letting a spud like Shannon Neale kick 5 and letting Jeremy Cameron do what he wants. Defensive problems cost us the game Freddy doesn’t change the result Ryan and cox does

Chapman hasnt played a convincing role for a very very long time. Almost embarassing.
Darcy was diabolical and ive been one of his biggest supporters. Im not against moving him on at seasons end. Strugled against a first gamer.
Omac blew his last chance.

Nothing wrong with Switta. He took a while to get going last year and was very important, being injured cost us in a final. He’s like Young, you have to accept being underdone a bit for the future output.
