So did the Eltham Jnr program turn these kids into draftable AFL players or did they turn up to Auskick already with the talent.

It’s such a shame their elite jnr program can’t translate to the senior club.

I'd say the club has something to do with it considering the amount of draftees that have come out of there in the past couple of decades. it would stack up well against any club nationally over that timeframe.

Helps on the girls side too when the current best player in the AFLW started off at the panthers too.
