Anyone else having any issues with Australia Post in regards to receiving online orders?

I had bought something online a couple of weeks ago where the expected delivery date was given as earlier this week, however according to the tracking on the parcel, it's saying Australia Post picked up the item up from the seller on the 5th December and there's been no further updates since. I found out yesterday that my parents are experiencing something similar with an item they ordered from a different retailer around the same time.
