Ouch. Geelong Supercats' women's team were undefeated all season, but unfortunately they're going to lose the grand final.
Technically, they're no longer the Supercats - some "powerful" folk behind the scenes (so not actually board positions type thing), used their sway a few years back to start seeing changes put in place, including which organisations they were connected with
They no longer use the name Supercats, after an early compromise to keep the Cat logo on the shorts, that seems to be gone and they longer play in the red uniform
I know some who've kept up their involvement with the club, but know a lot more who walked away following the signficant changes that they opted for a couple of years back
Knox won pretty comfortable in the end
