Ah nice one, I don’t travel to that side of the peninsula, I’m on the other side of town so normally travel to Torquay and occasionally BH and Anglesea.

Must head down to Queenscliff from memory it is nice.

Queenscliff is fantastic- the harbour is really good. Got the Ferry, cafes/bar, day spa and swim with the dolphins.

The latter thats on my to do list for sure.

Apparently Torquay's not as busy as it usually is. My brother's family goes down there every year, and they said the caravan park they stay in is only about half full this year.

Yeah we would normally go there with nan the Sunday after a cats game for fish n chips.

She loved it down there. The ferry used to be so fun when I was little.

Apparently Torquay's not as busy as it usually is. My brother's family goes down there every year, and they said the caravan park they stay in is only about half full this year.

I headed down before Christmas and it was packed to the brim. Maybe because of the covid situation it may not be as full.

The Ferry is great, I went over to Sorrento last year for the day.

Then emailed the company to find out if I could visit the bridge next time, and a guy who works for them actually rang me and explained how I could... not. Cause covid lol. But hey, was nice of them to call.

Boats a good fun, fishing and footy- two things I love.

Was out on the boat yesterday, but didn’t catch anything flash. Few flatheads that will come in handy.

It's very relaxing if you can find a spot by yourself. I will often take my dogs and they sit there patiently waiting for me to bring in a catch.

I don’t mind mussels

Had a bad experience with mussels many years ago, funnily enough at the footy club, some kind of special Christmas function and the food was mainly seafood. Except if you ordered a chicken or lamb dish.

Anyways the mussels were just horrible, felt sick for a few days after.

Still haven’t felt the same about them, that was back in 2009 !!

Squid is yummy. I did get sick from it once though and I didn’t eat it for about 3 years but then I started eating it again and have been fine with it since.
