Yes, but depends on the size of the video

If the video is a file on your phone, the following will hopefully work:

Below the text screen you type into, there should be a clickable box that says "attach files". Click on that and it'll show the following options - select the most appropriate for where the video is saved





Edit - just saw this option which is new


On the text box toolbar there's this option - maybe try this for videos
