“Democrat Anthony “Tony” DeLuca, Pennsylvania’s longest-serving state representative, was the choice in more than 85% of votes cast.
DeLuca, 85, died on 9 October from lymphoma.”

Its better to vote for the democrat rep dead or not because they can replace that seat with another rep. You vote red because the blue guys dead than you're stuck with the moron party for years...
