Let's play a game - guess where I was this afternoon...

Last week I was offered free tickets and took my mum who's never been to the Avalon Airshow, but as a former Air Force member thought she'd like it

Arrived just before 3ish, had a little walk around before finding a nice clearish spot on the grass area in front of the run way - turned out the perfect spot as it's where a number of the planes stopped during their display. It was also pretty square on to where the bi-plane was conducting that manoeuvre

I just happened to turn my head skywards just before the crash to watch the other 3 Pitts with what they were doing
