I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on Amazon that was being shipped from the UK
I had the option of free delivery for the Friday the following well (not bad for international delivery), or could pay $55 for delivery on the Wednesday/Thursday that was still the following week
No shit I went the free delivery option - the parcel arrived on the Tuesday, so even earlier than the paid delivery option

Pretty sure I've freaked my mum out on this holiday.
A couple of days ago we were in Penguin and we visited a lookout which just happened to be in the middle of a historic cemetery. While we were there, I thought I'd start using the Spirit Talker app I have on my phone, and a few things came through while using it, including the question "Who are you?" pretty much as soon as I turned it on, and then a bit later the question "Do you believe in ghosts?" came through, to which I said I did, and then I got a reply "I don't really believe that."
Anyhow, we got to our cabin in Stanley later that afternoon and noticed a few of the lights in the cabin weren't working, mainly the ones in my bedroom plus a few in the kitchen. The next morning Mum and I were sitting there watching TV when all of a sudden the lights which weren't working the day before came on. I turned the lights off, and then tried to turn them back on again, but they didn't work again. We told the staff at the caravan park about the issue, and they upgraded us to a beachfront cabin for our second night there which was last night.
I was in a room which had a wardrobe with a mirrored door, and noticed when I got up this morning the door was slightly ajar (although to be honest it may have been like that when I went to bed and didn't notice it). However a little later, when I was getting dressed after having a shower, I noticed a couple of small handprints on the mirror. However, they too may have been there since we got there but I'd never noticed that either.
Mum's now worried my use of the Spirit Talker app might have something to do with all of this, and is pleading with me not to use it when we go to Port Arthur next week haha
