Sooo heading into this off season, is it now time for the efnl to tighten up and make a new stance on salary cap? And say look we know we have been light on but no more?

Club A to afford the Clarke brothers on let’s say a modest $1k each so $2k times 18 $36k there is no way club A were $36k under cap purely as an example there we are going to have a look at club A finances

Or I think I know the feedback will be do you think play on nothings changes?

A big part of the issue is nothing is logged centrally in a system across all leagues so they can’t even start to look at it when players move clubs. A $2k player shows up for $500 elsewhere, the new league wouldn’t even know.

Salary cap doesn't do it. The points system needs to be lowered.

This is becoming a lot more common now I think football clubs are going back to the old ways slightly and being more intrenched in their own people and getting less “outsiders” in as well as pre planning coaching hand overs
