but replace fleet with projects and rebel scum as subcontractors and that's probably a more realistic approach

(I know there are some phenomenal subbies out there but when one walks off site in a huff cos they rubbed him up the wrong way on a critical program you can see where my ****ery comes from)

Not quite. I reduced the time to pick from 12 hours to 8 hours, but also made a decision to pause the clock from midnight to 6.00am because it seemed unfair that 8 hours could elapse while someone was sleeping
