After Melbourne forced a second ruck contest once they got the lead I saw Fritsch sprint past coming from the forward line (no 6-6-6).I reckon he was playing backline before they did the scenario.
Kentfield is definitely far more conventional as a tall forward. He also offers more flexibility playing forward, back or ruck.Kentfield is more promising than Jeffo IMO and it's not close.
I reckon he might have run up the ground and was getting back. Would swear I saw him in the backline in the last 5-10 minutes at least. After Melbourne forced a second ruck contest once they got the lead I saw Fritsch sprint past coming from the forward line (no 6-6-6).
This might have been just defensive pressing - He was deep in the backline a few times after about the 17 minute mark, but so was Tholstrup, and we had lots of space forward. And did a few really nice things when he was moved forward too. Some ok signs today, but his problem has always been finding his right pace, so see how he goes with AFL pressure once it starts. Was only half watching on my phone but my biggest plus was Tholstrup looking like he belongs
