With so many bagging the man, it to me becomes an attack of hate.
He is a damn good player, make no mistake. He has been been 23 for some time. Maybe only just, but the best of the rest.
He will only be squeezed out when someone else is bashing on the door with the versatitlity that BB shows.
We do not have another Mr Fix it like BB.

Personally, I think Banfield is such a nice bloke he would make a great tagger because driving the opponent mad maintaining body contact, and he has a substantial body, would slowly wear them down until they are considering taking a swing at the guy who visits children in hospital - meanwhile Bailey is telling them how impressive their work rate has been and how much he respects them, how it's such an honour to get to tag them today and thanking them for going easy on him.

It's annoying to see you spam a thread with your one liners ..'he sux' , or can't kick. You do it enough in the banners 'appreciation' thread, which I've called you out on.

Maybe I root for the underdog who may not be the most talented but gives his all and his accomplishments shouldn't be discredited. I support our players. If there are those I don't particularly like, I don't spam it at every opportunity

The match committee make mistakes including JL. Whenever he plays another player misses an chance to play and develop. He has reached his ceiling and it's not very high due to the skills he lacks. He often costs Freo during games. He's played some absolute shockers and wouldn't get a game for any other team seriously wanting to make top 4 or even top 8.

Imagine Brisbane lining up with BB in the finals. It's laughable

I came to the conclusion recently that your hatred of banners must be a bit, a long troll. And if it is, full respect because you have played it to perfection. Teetering on the edge of believable but also brought up at extremely irrelevant times and in literally every second post you make, it makes me think wait this can't be for real?

And even knowing that like a moth to a flame, or a hill to climb and die on, I get baited every damn time.

If it isn't a bit...for the love of Sepultura or whatever shite you listen to, please move on! This might make you vom a little in the mouth but Bailey Banfield is going to be a Fremantle premiership player, not Pav, not Fyfe, not Walters....Bailey mothr****ing Banfield.

I’m going down on Friday. Probably post a report Friday evening as I’ve got commitments after training finishes. Honestly the running of Wagner. Carr and Freddy was super impressive last training session. Given the extreme heat

I recon you are onto something. Crowley was the whipping for a while, as was Solomon as I recall.

Seeing Leon ‘line in sand’ Kickett winning contests against any of our senior players is such a great sign. His body type reminds me of a kraquer or dean laidly type.. Wifey, strong, fast and agile. I wanner see him 1 V 1 against Reid or Bolton…

As for running, they used to do a lot of interval running, walk, jog, sprint around the boundaries. I remember parking myself on one of the walk sections when Brett Kirk

used to do lap after lap with Mirrabito after his last injury. Morrabity says “ you gotta love these little rests” Kirks responds with “Yeah the’re a great opportunity to prepare for the next sprint, lets go”

They did a lot of sprints that year, Kirk lead them all and never broke a damm sweat…

As for Cox, i’d say he went back to Melbs to sort his shit out, he did jump on PST pretty quick. I do like the idea of him slipping in and out of the forward line, will unsettle matchups. I could see us roasting a few teams with that combo.

Here's some extra comments on training Ive remembered
Riddle looks way stronger and did well in marking duels.
Freddy seemed to be playing further up the field and was often at half back. Im pretty sure he was playing wing. Freddy excelled in the running drills.
Ryda Luke also had a couple of very promising moments in the match sims.
Very difficult to work out players with so many wearing hats.

If Ryda Luke turns into a player it is going to feel like such a bonus.

Could say the same about most of this drafts recruits, but he seems high ceiling if he can put it all together.

Didn't the data show we are one of the slowest when kicking but quick by hand?

That's one of the things JL was very quick to point out when we get criticized regarding ball movement.
