Sucks to need to find an alternative to Arty Jones now. Not that he was going to be a big scorer, but the duel position status was nice.

Potentially now looking at running with the 3 mid-pricers in Bruhn, Parish and Cogs, so just need mid rookies around that $119k mark that will play enough enough for some $$$ increase and offer some early season bye and injury coverage.

Certainly a watch on Parker, I think his early could be a benefit if not starting him. If he's must have by then could get him the week after if someone else didn't work out.

I’ve had Butler in for a while but yesterday’s game didn’t scream ‘pick me’

For nearly 200k, I’d expect a bit more.

Otherwise it’s either Jones or Macrae which both aren’t convincing either

Who the hell are the midfield rookies under $150k? Smith, Sharp and? Carroll's JS looks shaky, Watkins's spot seems 50/50 and even Blamires isn't 100% locked. I don't like Chayce Jones

If Watkins and Blamires are named, they are locks due to price, role and scoring potential.

That leaves one more. If you have the cash and are prepared to spend it on your bench, Farrow or Grlj are probably the best options (the DEF/MID swing is nice too). They're too expensive for me so I'll take a punt on anybody.
