Obviously everyone is still finalising teams, but who are we thinking for captains this week? Lots I guess will have no loop but there are some good choices available still.

Bont or Red Ed vs GWS
Butters/Sheezel/Xerri
Daicos vs Adelaide
Gawn vs TdK solo
Anderson or Trac vs West Coast

Butters/Xerri VC. Xerri isn’t 100% locked in my team though.

Trac C. Early season, may as well go risky. Wasn’t going to start him because of his DE% and kicking, then he was hitting targets lace out on a slippery humid night.

Following a bit of a restructure, probably Naicos into Anderson (or maybe Butters).

And quite possibly won't have a loop, so C might just go straight on Butters or Anderson.

If you really want insurance... I guess you could do this:

• start with ZZ as R3 (Bris play saturday night),
• make Bont your VC (WB play saturday arvo),
• if Bont goes 160, then you switch ZZ out for White (Melb plays Sunday arvo), and put the E on either Gawn, Xerri, Grundy or McAndrew (all play either Sat night or Sunday)
• if Bont doesn't go big you've still got Butters, Gawn, Anderson, Petracca etc for C

i worked out having white at r3 and maximus at r1 gets me 7 rounds out of the first 11 where they play after bont and butters just by asking gemini

but your deep dive puts that to shame
