Some genuine trash scores this round. Let’s discuss some rage candidates…
Macdonald - 47
Had to happen eventually. He has a weird role for Fantasy yet he’s been scoring extremely well. Sucks if you jumped on him the week that it all fell apart.
Bolton - 59
Imagine being talked up by the Fox crew before the game then dishing up this crap. A Fantasy coach’s nightmare and you should be embarrassed you went anywhere near this guy… I know I am.
M.Reid - 65
Probably needs to be upgraded soon. Then again, his performance looked better to the eye than his Fantasy score would suggest, so you could potentially give him another week - has a juicy matchup next round.
Bailey - 61
Man the forwards suck this year. I’d tell you to trade him, but to who?!
Zorko - 76
If you’re investing heavily in a high-risk asset (dodgy old man quads and hamstrings) you need a much higher return than this.
Newman - 78
Great, a role change the week after he puts in his best game of the season. Well, he scored two more points than Zorko I guess. It’s the small wins.
Horne-Francis - 65
To think that a couple of weeks ago many of us thought he’d turned the corner into a consistent Fantasy scorer. HAHAHAHAHA.
Grundy - 54
Given a bath by Xerri… deary me, that’s quite the mental image, isn’t it?
Warner - 63
People were celebrating like they’d won the car when they traded him in for a 121 a few weeks ago, but he’s returned to much more standard Chad Warner areas with an 83 and a 63 since. Who am I kidding… that makes him an uber premo in this year’s forward crop.
Farrow - 43
Been a great rookie but it’s time to go now. Probably wore the E and came on to the ground for quite a few coaches given the next bloke we’re about to discuss…
Wanganeen-Milera - DNP
Thanks St Kilda. SURELY you knew a little earlier he was in doubt? Didn’t think it might be nice to share that with everyone? One more reason to hate Ross Lyon and that basket case of a football club. Hello to any Saints fans reading though.
Wilkie - 21
It’s criminal that this bloke is only 7% owned given he’s been scoring as well as any backline premo you’ve ever seen. This injury-affected 21 will be a bitter pill to swallow if you decided his scoring was real and brought him in this week.
Bruhn - 63
Been scoring like a premo for the last few weeks… this is a reminder that he definitely still isn’t one.
Rachele - 66
The role is officially gone; Rankine is the midfield flavour of the month at the Crows and Rach is sulking in the forward line. Time to make a move here if you haven’t already.
