Thompson will be drafted by Suns in pre-season draft on Fri. I assume he nominated only for pre-season draft.

I do like Kingy's insights into the state of the game and how he leans on analytics a lot, but is his opinion worth a lot when it comes to the draft? Somehow I doubt he's been watching these kids play.

I find it weird that he's doing so much commentary around the draft. Just doesn't seem his space at all. But hey, maybe I'm wrong and he knows a lot?

The coverage was cringeworthy.

I actually think Corbett could be the 2nd tall forward.

who play better games then others.. but be the first to be replaced

Corbett would be a gun if he was 5-6cm taller OR he had better midfield attributes.

I like him in the team at the moment, but if he isn't marking it, he isn't really involved.
And at 190cm, he can't really be a dominant contested mark close to goal.

Excluding the sub game, in 2021
- 9 games with ≤10 possessions, total of 12 goals
- 4 games with >10 possessions, total of 11 goals

i still don’t know what was wrong with Brodie got 25 touches and generally most clearences In the games he played..

which wasn’t enough form line tbh

greenwood and Brodie I’d say had similar clearance rates
Greenwood tackles more n kicked the odd goal
But Brodie would get more disposals

Corbett versus Jeffery

Ainsworth is a walk up starter to my side, gut runner, links up good overhead just needs to kick straighter on goals. Yet to breakout.

Sexton i'm not going to be mad seeing him play but he'll be fighting Rankine early on. Depends if Ranks has come back switched on.

Jeffery i'm happy to give a few more years to add size and strength, does look good.

Probably is to be fair, but we got enough kids who play inside so i'm fine with "this move by our list manager"
