I ride Corey Jones harder than any other North player. (Que the gay jokes). He has alot of talent yet was too inconsistent for my liking. He has turned that around this year and one thing I have noticed about Corey is his leadership. He seems to direct the forward line alot.

Could kick 60 goals this year.

Would need 19 goals in 5 games to get 60 for the year. That's 3.8 goals a game expect AA if this happens.

Wow, just wow. Ha ha.

I'm more than happy to look foolish on this occassion. Thankfully I have outgrown my absurd trade ideas.

For the record I now rate Corey Jones through the roof.

Are you serious?

You wanted to give Hawthorn Jones and 2 draft picks for Jade Rawlings?

What drugs were you on? No player in the league is worth 3 players. Especially Jade Rawlings.

Re: 21. Corey Jones

Round 18 v.s. Brisbane (GABBA)
For the first time this year he failed to register a score. Had a shocker, but it was mostly out of his control. 1/10.

Season Games: 18
Season Goals: 41

Rating Round 18: 1/10
Average for Season 2007: 5.89/10

This is only the second time this season that he has been kept goalless. Thats good for a player who is underrated. I think mathews watched jones carefully last week and he gave him respect ad he beat him.

the ball wasnt in the forward line enough

i think dean needs to have a good hard look at the way hawthorn are playing when the go forward against essendon, theyre quikly getting it in there to give their forwards a chance, running through the corridor, LONG FAST DIRECT FOOTBALL, which is the complete opposite we did last night even when the game was on the line and we had nothing to lose we continued to chip around, reminisant of bulldogs, oh well next week is a new week

Did anyone go to training this morning, and if so did Corey Jones train? Big loss if he misses this week. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

If he kicks goals in the 1st quarter he usually plays a good game so lets hope his up and about early on.

With chick and waters out he might have a good chance to kick a bit of butt, probably chads bro will pick him up.

Re: 21. Corey Jones

Round 19 v.s. West Coast (TD)
Played deep and never got into enough space to have any real impact on the game. Kicked 2.2 for the day.

Came out with strapping on that left knee that he did at training the other day, not sure if he was hindered by that but he did appear uncomfortable at stages. I'd rate him 4/10 for this performance.

Season Games: 19
Season Goals: 43

Rating Round 19: 4/10
Average for Season 2007: 5.79/10

Is CRITICAL to our success. He needs to play more good games instad of 2 great games followed by 2 poor games. I'm a huge CJ fan but he is being targetted more & more each week because other teams realise how important he is.
