His ACL injury came at the least opportune time. During preseason last year it seemed like he was neck and neck with Melican to partner with Aliir and Rampe as a key defender in round 1. I was so keen to see him play in seniors but with the time it takes to get back to your best after an ACL, it seems he's behind the 8 ball now unfortunately.

Looks like her dying was not unexpected. That must have been so hard for Jack. I couldn't imagine losing my mother in my early 20's. No one should be losing either of their parents in their early 20's.

I think you would probably want to give him a game not near his Mums death.
Just a personal opinion, maybe I'm wrong.
I thought he didn't even go to WA to stay with his Mum? Also hearsay, don't base anything on my words.

I do too. Another bad thing, I think he is good enough to be an AFL player, but I worry he is not going to get another contract as he really needed to prove himself this year.
