22, 25 and Under

Was talking to a few Crows guys (decent ones, i know right) and going through the young talent we have Vs what they have. They couldnt believe some of the ages of our young guys, players like DBJ, houston etc being still so young.

We have some glaring holes, notably tall backs and a developing tall forward but most of the other positions we look quite good with depth. And the positions with the question marks could arguably be taken by debutantes if needed this year. Williams, Bergman, Hayes.

Would be an interesting team to field

Ladhams to CHF and Hayes to ruck.
Ladhams is a quite reasonable ruckman but his skill set beyond tapping the ball as a ruckman is pretty unique

I think the lead up and leap or Georgiadis from the square, the smarts of Marshall around the ground and a resting ruck for the long option is a perfect combo.

How many 'crash and bash' forwards are left in the game. Tex hasn't done it for years. Even guys like Hawkins and Kennedy don't really part the seas the way KPFs used to. MG is a smidge over 6'3 with a fair leap. He can jump over the packs. With 3 quality ruckman, the third tall probably becomes one of them if noone else comes forces selection. All 3 look like they can offer a bit up forward.
