Is Harry any chance to play next year?? If he can add a bit of muscle and size would love to see him feature in our team next season
No.

Needs to put on some size and build up his strength 1st. Long term project we need to build carefully to ensure he has a long career.

Sometimes you need a big body and strength, sometimes you just know how to use your body. His highlights show he knows how to use his body. SOS and Dustin Fletcher played a lot of footy without being massive. He could be under assuming. We will see.
SOS wasn't massive but he was very very strong. But Fletcher I will grant you.

Harris Andrews goes ok as well

FitzroyBlueBagger is the official player buddy for Harry O'Farrell. Everybody else can still update the thread. FitzroyBluebagger will be the one making sure it stays current.

I'm bullish on this kid, haven't seen much of him but just got a feeling he will be more than handy in time. Love a big bloke with those kind if skills.

Yeah, HOF will “make it” the only question for me is if he becomes solid contributing second banana or becomes a star, who in time assumes the mantle from Weiters.

His athleticism makes him a great partner for JW in the medium term. Hoping his intercepting talents fast track his path to the top team.

From one of our posters at the ground yesterday, from the reserves match…

O'Farrell was super impressive for mine, took a few nice grabs, disposal was tidy, and showed some real speed (including turning circle). Seemed composed with ball in hand too. Didn't seem super gangly or uncoordinated by any means”

Carlton fans who braved the heat for the full day would’ve been buoyed by the signs shown from draftees Harry O’Farrell and Harry Charleson, with O’Farrell taking a handful of intercept marks while Charleson prodiving some run and carry out of the back half.

BEST
Carlton:
Lemmey, O’Keeffe, Phillips, Docherty, McMahon, O’Farrell

16 disposals 10 kicks 6 handballs 6 marks

Another good performance from the young KPD in his first season, in slippery conditions he displayed great skills poise defensive spoiling and marking, developing very well while being amongst the best group of players on the ground…

“Key defender Harry O’Farrell stood up multiple times in defence, including a desperate goal-saving spoil.”

“Before long, it was O’Farrell with a kick to the pocket that found key forward Harry Lemmey. With a classy snapping finish, he kicked his first of the evening.”

“While the Blues had most of the play, O’Farrell (five marks) continued to command the back half alongside Ethan Phillips”

Love this selection. Play the youf!
I also want to see Lemmey and Wilson play at least one game in the seniors before the end of the year. Would be a fantastic year for the youf this year. And we get to see what the future is going to be like for us.
