let's be brutally frank here, he's probably not going to have a game that big again anytime soon. 19 marks is insane. back to reality and 10 marks would be awesome.

they'll be all over him this week.... and rightfully so.

just hope he can snag a few set shots - that keeps the confidence up

It frees up Daniher.

Rate Roughead and Morris both quite highly as defenders so will be interesting to see how Carlisle and JoeD go against them. I think they will be fairly well held. Austin to Ambrose is also a nice matchup.

I'd say Roughead is a good matchup for Jake because he's not great across the ground. Expecting Jake to do well.

Hurls to give our old mate Crameri another bath.
If you watched Crameri v Hurley at the training drills in all those years, you would have thought Hurley was a mere schoolboy being rag dolled by Crammers. How different things are when you cross that white line

We were carried so unbelievably hard by one man today. I am just so delighted for him that his amazing performance wasn't in a loss. Carlisle could be something real special in the future.

Also i'll put my hand up - i thought we were going to ruin him playing him up forward. Turns out - Bomber Thompson might have a bit more of an idea than some of us supporters.

im sure "play the near 200cm key position player who can take amazing marks and was drafted as a forward and took 12 marks in his 2nd game of league football as a forward in the forward line" was an idea that thompson thought long and hard about
