Lack of leadership was very disheartening and I really lost faith in Mundy for the first time. Possibly a little unfair on him because as soon as he does go into the midfield his influence increases. This lack of leadership will be addressed by the return of Fyfe as he is the natural leader in our team but I still see a role for Micky B whilst we have a young midfield.
Yep. Agree. We were getting smashed in the midfield at times by rookies. Mundy and Hill are genuine A grade mids, Mundy a clearance specialist and Hill the Rolls Royce. Watching them both playing as back pocket plumbers was just embarrassing. Fair enough to play a +1 or even another around the ball when you're trying to stop a run on, but at times we were playing 18 in our back 50... and wondering why we weren't scoring. I wonder how long we'll continue to smash our heads against this brick wall in the hope that one day the wall will lose?

Suns Talls killed us time and time again. We simply had no answer to the fact that they had 3 blokes over 190 in their forward line, and we had 1 over 190 in ours. How easy did we make it for them only playing Tabs up front, and not bringing in enough talls to even man-up on Sam Day. Did the selectors even look at who we were playing?

How long have we been saying 'gets some talls - get some talls. Pav and Luke can't go on forever'. I feel totally let down by some head-in-the-sand drafting/trading.

Is there any chance Zac Strom could be used as a back up ruckman forward at AFL level? the guy gives a contest always and looks to be constantly improving a real goer.

Stopped reading at Zac
He was quieter yesterday couldnt draft him on that performance would need a big finals series. Tim Kelly on the other hand just looks AFL standard to me there is definitely many worse midfielders than him on AFL lists.
