Better this week, but will benefit from the rest.

Agree. He's not running out matches and when the intensity is right on you can see he's not quite ready.

It's a pity, because if he was playing in 14 other sides he would win the RS easily.

Unfortunately we have brought Powelly down to our level - he started off the year so brilliantly and carried it on for some time - however being is such a dud team will catch up with even the best youngsters and that is what has happened here.

Rest up over the bye and give it another crack Tom - we are backing you in.

He was absolutely stuffed after this gut run to smother this ball.

Shows what footy IQ can do over fitness. Obviously getting the smart guys fit is best but he used his last tickets to get to the spot he knew the ball would be, any sooner or later and he's completely out of the contest.

Decent chance to get the nom this week...if they reward consistency. Robertson, Rivers, Jones or Collier-Dawkins probably had better games.

Didn't see Bianco's game, but they generally don't hand out the nom's to people on debut unless it's a real standout game.

All the nominations seem to come from teams that win. I think Tom Green is the only one nominated in a losing team when GWS only just lost to the tiges.

Makes you wonder if morons ultimately judge who gets this award & that it's just a Mickey Mouse accolade?

Like the time Lewis Taylor beat Bontempelli?

They're making it up to "Bont" with a pre-ordained Brownlow Medal.

The Leigh Matthews Trophy is probably the only credible award left in the sport.

Even the Coleman Medal has been severely tainted by lop sided draws.
