What if he was suspended at 11:59:59 PM and I was informed about it yet there was a second until midnight?

Would that be a suspension? It's against the rules.

Discretion must be used in cases like these, if I had known that miggs was suspended then I would've dropped him, but I didn't.

Now I know why democracy simply doesn't work, most of the general population are brainless. Thank god the committee are being reasonable about this.

That's why boncers law was introduced.

If there is still a boys club board (captains board) go in there and search for the boncers law thread.

I didn't **** up as bad as you did and I got off but I was president of the boys club at the time so I was always going to get off.

That is an absolutely pathetic decision, from an Admin/committee who thinks a spelling mistake is a bigger issue then being warned about, and still not doing anything in regards to a player suspended.

Now this brings up another issue. That rule has to go as you aren't enforcing it here, you can simply never enforce it from this decision.

8. Finals Team Submission
Failure to submit a correct team (20 eligible players, positional changes, correct spelling of every name within the whole team sheet and "official team sheet" in same post) by the match deadline in finals results in a four goal penalty being applied to the offending team.

If a player becomes ineligible after the deadline they will be allowed to play the match they are named in and will be considered ineligible for any subsequent matches after that. Players that receive Bigfooty site bans (red cards) should not be named to play games where reasonable. Where it is reasonable that a club was unaware of a player receiving a ban on BF, a penalty may be waived by the administrator. The player should miss a subsequent game or games to make up for games played while suspended. BigFooty 'take a day off' bans are not considered a reason to make a player ineligible.

The bolded will set you free.

There was also a precedent set when you didnt enforce the rule on me when ND cancelled his account late on a thursday night last season.

No other way this decision could have gone really.
