Not one Bomber posted in that thread from the time that the miggs suspension filtered through up until deadline, nor is it mentioned in their team thread.

Is it necessary to post in the match thread for the Bombers to have been deemed aware? Burningdwarf actually posted about miggs being suspended at around 11 in the scandal thread.

Although in my opinion, even in such a case a 4 goal penalty is overly harsh when the same error wouldn't warrant a points penalty in the regular season.

If the person said they were doing this to prevent an error from a captain you'd find this to be fine and a concession made to Haro to edit after the deadline.

No. I was arguing Haro and the Bombers that were guilty of this breach as it is more than reasonable to assume they knew, and Haros excuses were that of an entitled little shit trying to weasel out of it.

Then if no punishment then the ruling either need to be changed or scrapped as if that wasn't reasonble, then there is no situations that are reasonable to assume.


Had they made an attempt to correct it, I would have no issues. They didn't however.

As far as I am concerned the argument is over. There were no Bombers present in their match thread and just because one of them knew about it elsewhere I'm not prepared to assume that poster knew what they had to do with that information. It was very late at night so I'll give consideration to that.

The only rule that matters above all is that I have decided it is reasonable the Bombers weren't aware of the suspension and therefore miggs will serve his Sweet FA suspension in their next official match. There is no avenue for appeal, that is the final outcome.
