Yeah I guess your right, can you imagine the players having to step over you as they come down the race, or having you sit in the middle of the players (like the weekend at Bernies guy) as Sheedy is giving his pre game address, or having a dead guy linking arms with the players singing the song after the game with his head drooped or a Shhedy press conference with the dead guy on the side with his head on the table.

Probably be better conversation that a Collingwood supporter though.

If I had a membership for each personality I have well we would easily break that 40 thousand barrier...

...I have two memberships with good reserved seats next to each other. One of them used to be my uncle's but he moved to Sydney but I wanted to keep the two seats. So some games I go with either of my brothers, other times with different mates etc and in the worse case scenario my wife as come along once or twice.

Not surprising given last year. The trend over all clubs tends to be a downturn in membership of 2000 to 3000 following a really poor season.

I reckon we'll have many more fence sitters this season than in the past. I know a few who are waiting to see if we're going to improve or throw up the crap we have been in the past 2 seasons.
