One thing that's a bit weird with Jake, when he has a set shot from a really tight angle on the boundary or deep in the pocket, I'm really confident he will slot the goal. And he normally does.

The easier shot from less acute angles is where he can still be a bit iffy. It's really odd.

Very happy with how he's going overall though.

It's almost like how I felt with Daniher a couple of years ago

That adds up to 19, how does that work? Forgive my ignorance!

Not 100% sure but I think it's the difference between how they define disposals (getting rid of the ball) and possessions (getting the ball) for how they count things . If he gathered the ball but was tackled or ran out of bounds without disposing there would be a discrepancy.

It's confusing because both terms are used interchangeably by most.

No they are extra numbers from midfield and opposition forwards pushing back generally

I actually can’t believe the Dogs gave him the flick because of attitude issues. Doesn’t seem to put a foot wrong on or off field

He's grown a lot as a footballer. He always had the footy brain it was only ever going to be a question of application I think and he's clearly been applying.

Can’t talk him up enough. Is fit & firing & always looks dangerous.

Was a great effort today & if only he could’ve found a willing mate to put some scoreboard pressure on, we would’ve been a chance.

Having a great year & is arguably the best player at the club imo.
