He said he's been exploring it and taking the benefits from it but not technically converted.

Seeing as it has basically changed his outlook on life mentally and improved his fitness in the wake of it, it might be something he ends up moving closer to. Who knows. It shouldn't really matter though.

I’m not a religious person, but if you spend time around the Islamic community - at markets and around mosques in Dandenong for example, it’s pretty hard not to feel a strong sense of welcoming warmth. I’m glad Stringer has been able to find direction in his 20s. Mashallah Jakey

That's the same for most religions and probably the most appealing factor of them is the sense of community. It's hard to explain and to some outsiders they might not get it. But once you experience it, it's quite surprising and really great.
