They’ll probably play him on fritsch who hasn’t sniffed it all year, and he’ll kick a bagNearly 25% of our goals conceded have been by a small defender who doesn’t take the best small forward. Won’t be long before it costs us a game unless he shapes up really quick.

Surprised McGrath not on that list tbh.Nearly 25% of our goals conceded have been by a small defender who doesn’t take the best small forward. Won’t be long before it costs us a game unless he shapes up really quick.

I think you need to be within 15m of your opponent for the stat to be recorded.Surprised McGrath not on that list tbh.
Well, at least he’s… um… consistent? YeahNearly 25% of our goals conceded have been by a small defender who doesn’t take the best small forward. Won’t be long before it costs us a game unless he shapes up really quick.

I would rather he double fist it than drop the mark or be beaten in a marking contest. Can someone remind him he is allowed to mark the ball?!?!?
bloody frustrating when he double fists it and a mark could be easily taken instead
He stops the ball, which means he stops the attack. I'm not sure what your problem is. Leave my improving boy alone. Can someone remind him he is allowed to mark the ball?!?!?

marking the ball is the next step on the trajectory of improvement for your boyHe stops the ball, which means he stops the attack. I'm not sure what your problem is. Leave my improving boy alone.
This is okay.marking the ball is the next step on the trajectory of improvement for your boy
two times tonight he double fisted uncontested when an intercept was open for the taking. With Yoda - think he needs to be told when he is in prime position go for the mark. If in these circumstances someone comes over the top and takes a big mark occasionally so be it. Anyhow thought he looked tidy and composed in general and carried on from the second half of the last match.
few people are suggesting Prior as an out but apart from too defensive (double fisting instead of marking) what did he actually do wrong? He's defintely steadied as the weeks have gone on, showed good signs and composure if he can stay reliable and consistent that is a win. Don't need every player in the backline to be creative and have run.
Doesn't mean he can't or won't. He took an awesome pack mark at CHF when Dees won the clearance after Menzies' second goal.two times tonight he double fisted uncontested when an intercept was open for the taking.
Leadership in that back 6 and natural cohesion may see him take some reasonable steps forward by the end of the year if the chasing pack at the lower level dont catch him.
I Remember Bluey, could I trouble you to put some dukes on this bollard?
