Please be good at inflicting pain on the oppo Ruckmen...in particular those that play for St KildaPlease be good at taking defensive contested marks and plugging the hole![]()
I'm with ya Ferris. Apparently dominated in the WAFL, so he'll also be very handy for the VFL side to assist in the development of our youngsters.I have heard from multiple Freo fans that he is a slow, lumbering type that offers little beyond hitouts. Which sounds like Pitto MKII.
However, he's still young-ish for a ruck and could have improvement left in him. He finished the year with improving #s in the WAFL, which is a good sign. For a ruck, he's not bad up forward too.
Solid, cheap ruck backup. I like that we targeted a club with two established rucks, so Reidy basically cost nothing in draft capital.
I don't see him as a #1 AFL ruck, but fingers crossed he's serviceable when called upon.
Fremantle board does not seem to rate him at all, so I'm saying no.
But with the ruck rule changes Pitto's inability to jump might render him redundant.

Effectively free and as many have said will be depth. Wouldn’t think anyone would have any issues with this at all
