Some of them aren't his fault. It shits me no end the way our players are flat footed (or back away from the ball like Souv) when someone hits a short pass to them and the opposition players run at the ball and go past them.

He should be playing more forward but he wants midfield minutes, it was a big reason why he was so keen to come across in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if a certain cap of midfield time per match is apart of his contract.
