He was one of our best players on the weekend. Dunno how good a sign that is to be honest.
Unironically credit to Brady and Clarkson for bringing in Parker and Darling to give us some much needed senior stability on their lines.

I don't think it's an issue, that's 300+ games of experience coming to the fore against a well-drilled opponent. We've got a lot of inexperienced players, by comparison, that's exactly the reason we got him. Trembath will continue to benefit from playing with him for another 18 months and hopefully Souv can learn from him how to deliver in key moments more often.
Yeah, good points.

Very, very smart player. There was a play midway through the game where he was outpositioned. Hassled the opponent in the air and instead of overcommitting so that he fell over he kept his feet and the ball to the dangerous side where he pounced. Just a smart footy brain.

I've said it before.

Officially the most lopsided in our favour trade the NMFC has EVER made.

Effectively a pack of chips and some used footys for a premiership player who has kicked 500 goals and continues to show the forwards how to play the position.
Yep. Star, love him. One of the great trades.

Shame he didn't have any mates other than Duurs up there. **** sake.

Maybe in the last few years.

Blakey for McCarthy, Petrie for Hewitt, Wells for a broken Carey, Fridge for Luke Chambers, Winston for Stu Anderson all pretty lopsided trades in our favour.
You can't seriously think we won the Blakey-Super Trade. Super would have been unstoppable next to Duck, Corey, Winston, Fruity, Sholl.

Cost us ~2 Flags did Bagel Blakey. Well almost in the 1994 Prelim, had 6 kicked on him in 1998. We'd have beaten Carlton with Jason Danilchenko in his spot.

What a hateful bunch of pretenders Sydney are. I can't stand them. Their carry on, whinge whinge ****ing whinge.

As moveable as a brick shithouse in 1 on 1s this bloke. A delight to watch, exactly how you want a mature recruit to contribute.

Holds body position like a Reverse Nick Larkey.

Is there only room for one shithouse down there? I’d prefer the brick one atm

You’re not wrong.

One v two defenders under the high ball and he’s like Uluru with arms.
