dunno, 4 years seems like enough time for him to either improve on what people say are his limitations, or secures him as the back up for someone else who comes along either as a player or from another team. i think you need 1-ish slightly longer term ruck on your list and it happens to be him.
Don’t get the criticism on wider bigfooty for this signing. He’s clearly AFL standard and AFL standard ruckman have long careers in terms of staying on AFL team lists.
Signing him for 4 years also has the benefit of preventing a team without any mature ruckman coming in and stealing him.
